High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are ready to thrive in a high-end insurance environment.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate financial relief.

2. Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

3. Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

4. Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

5. Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego who are not open to guidance.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent agents with excellent communication skills who can effectively connect with clients.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with our average client paying over $250/month.

3. Self-driven agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly in leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more dedicated agents.
