Job summary

Qualifications

• Read shelf tags to locate products accurately and efficiently.
• Basic math skills including counting and simple arithmetic.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to laws and safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store items in optimal temperature zones.
• Follow directions and ensure order accuracy.
• Provide positive customer service to encourage repeat online shopping.
