Job summary

Kroger in Warren, MI is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to assemble online orders with care for freshness and quality. You will process coupons, payments, and load orders for customer pickup, while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include selecting items, scanning, bagging, substitutions, and communicating with customers. You will follow food safety guidelines and maintain organized staging areas in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality.
• Assemble customers' on-line orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up.
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following all bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customer order at time of pick-up.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Follow directions and ensure order accuracy and load into customers' cars.
