Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk in Fishers, IN. You will select and gather products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers' cars.

You will provide a positive customer service experience, adhere to food safety guidelines, and help meet expectations for easy shopping, variety, and cleanliness. This may be part-time or full-time, with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Ability to read shelf tags and understand pricing labels.
• Basic arithmetic for counting and calculating totals.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for on-line orders with freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for on-line orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, then deliver and load orders to customers' cars for pickup.
• Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup time.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping and cleanliness.
• Adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Receive and stage customer orders in correct temperature zones.
• Provide positive customer service to encourage future on-line shopping.
