Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk is responsible for selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders with freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection process for customers' online orders.
• Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payment, and loads orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper scans and bags orders following bagging standards.
• E-Commerce team communicates substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Read and follow directions in notes and ensure order accuracy during pickup.
