Kroger in Kirkland, WA is hiring for an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk who efficiently selects and gathers products for customer online orders with a focus on freshness and quality. You will assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.

You will deliver friendly service, adhere to bagging standards, and follow store policies while upholding Kroger's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selecting and gathering products for online orders with emphasis on freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble customer online orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders following bagging standards and communicate substitutions or issues as needed.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for easy shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
