Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars during pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, and communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Receive and store products from order selectors, ensuring optimal temperature storage.
• Follow instructions carefully, ensuring order accuracy and quality.
• Use portable phones to communicate professionally with customers and respond promptly to calls.
• Ensure staging areas are organized and clean; report discrepancies or equipment issues.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
