Job description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars for pickup.
4. Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
6. Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Adhere to all applicable laws, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
8. Store products in optimal temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
9. Follow directions, including notes on orders.
10. Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone.
11. Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars.
12. Provide excellent customer service to promote repeat business.
13. Process orders through the POS system.
14. Handle out-of-stock items with appropriate substitutions per policy.
15. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
16. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
17. Perform opening and closing procedures.
18. Assist in training new team members.
19. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
20. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
21. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
22. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking, or cashier roles.
