Job description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders for customer pickup. Minimum qualifications:

Preferred experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehousing, stocking, or as a cashier

Key responsibilities:

1. Select and gather products efficiently for online orders, maintaining quality and freshness.
2. Initiate and complete order selection, assemble orders, process payments, and load orders for pickup.
3. Scan, bag, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
5. Follow all safety, food handling, and legal guidelines.
6. Ensure order accuracy and quality, responding to customer inquiries professionally.
7. Operate POS system and manage substitutions for out-of-stock items.
8. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
9. Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
10. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
11. Act with honesty and integrity, respecting customer and business confidentiality.
12. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
13. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
