Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers select and prepare online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' vehicles. They scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality. They must adhere to safety and legal standards, maintain cleanliness, and manage equipment and supplies effectively.

The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with integrity, and support diverse customer needs, including minors and individuals with special needs.
