Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. • Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customer vehicles.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Ensure order quality, freshness, and accuracy.
• Follow safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Respond professionally to customer calls via portable phone.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support customers with special needs and minors.
