Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job responsibilities include:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Follow food safety laws, store products properly, and maintain cleanliness.
• Use the POS system to process orders and handle out-of-stock substitutions.
• Report discrepancies, inspect equipment, and assist in training new team members.
• Maintain productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, and support customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
