Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments and coupons, and deliver orders to customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Interact professionally with customers via phone and in person.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts appropriately.
• Support diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
