Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. • Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse or production environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier

Essential Job Functions:

1. Efficiently select and gather products for online orders, ensuring freshness and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars for pickup.
4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pickup.
6. Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Follow all safety, legal, and company policies.
8. Store and handle products according to guidelines, ensuring quality.
9. Follow instructions and communicate effectively via portable phones.
10. Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
11. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
12. Process orders through POS systems and handle substitutions for out-of-stock items.
13. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
14. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
15. Assist in training new team members.
16. Meet productivity standards.
