Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for online orders, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety and food handling procedures.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Interact professionally with customers via phone or in person.
• Follow policies for substitutions and out-of-stock items.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts calmly and effectively.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help when needed.

Qualifications
