Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide excellent customer service, reflecting the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars for pickup.
4. Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers during pickup.
6. Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Follow all applicable laws, food safety procedures, and company policies.
8. Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
9. Follow instructions in order notes accurately.
10. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
11. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
12. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
13. Assist in training new team members.
14. Maintain productivity standards and work effectively in a high-paced environment.
15. Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity regarding customer and business information.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking, or cashiering.
