Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse, stocking, or cashier role

Essential Job Functions:

• Select and gather products efficiently for online orders, focusing on freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete order selection, assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas, follow safety and food handling laws, and report discrepancies or equipment issues.
• Assist in training new team members, meet productivity standards, and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
