Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders when customers arrive for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. 2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble, process, and load customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
4. Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues.
5. Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, cleanliness, and variety.
6. Follow all safety, legal, and company policies.
7. Handle orders from the order selector, store in proper temperature zones.
8. Follow notes and instructions carefully.
9. Ensure item quality and freshness.

11. Load orders into customers' cars, ensuring accuracy.

13. Process transactions through POS system.
