Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat online shopping. • Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.

• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with shopping experience, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow safety and legal guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Follow instructions for order notes and ensure order accuracy.
• Communicate with customers professionally via portable phones.
• Manage staging areas and equipment cleanliness.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work well under pressure.
• Manage conflicts calmly and act with integrity.
