Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for customer orders.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag orders following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction with shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Follow safety laws, food safety procedures, and company policies.
8. Store products in correct temperature zones and ensure quality.
9. Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
10. Verify order accuracy and load orders into vehicles.
11. Provide positive customer interactions to promote loyalty.
12. Process orders via POS system and handle substitutions for out-of-stock items.
13. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
14. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
15. Perform opening and closing procedures.
16. Assist in training new team members.
17. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
18. Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
19. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
20. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
