Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
3. Scan and bag orders following standards, and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
4. Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
5. Adhere to all relevant laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
6. Receive and store products from Order Selector, maintaining proper temperature zones.
7. Ensure quality and freshness of all items.
8. Communicate with customers professionally via portable phone, responding promptly to calls.
9. Verify order accuracy, load orders into customers' cars, and ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
11. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
12. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisors.
13. Perform opening and closing procedures, assist in training new team members, and meet productivity standards.
14. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with integrity.
15. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
16. Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
