Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities include:

1. Initiate and complete selection process for online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or exceptions at pickup.
3. Follow all food safety and company guidelines, ensuring quality and freshness.
4. Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure order accuracy.
5. Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone.
6. Load orders into customers' vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Process transactions through POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
9. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
10. Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
11. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
12. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
13. Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
