Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars at pick-up.
3. Scan and bag orders following standards while on the move.
4. Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pick-up.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting expectations for ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
6. Follow all food safety laws, procedures, and company guidelines.
7. Store products in optimal conditions, ensuring quality and freshness.
8. Read and follow specific order instructions and notes.
9. Use portable phones to communicate with customers professionally.
10. Verify order accuracy, retrieve orders from staging, and load into vehicles.
11. Provide excellent customer service to promote repeat business.
12. Process transactions through the POS system.
13. Handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
14. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
15. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisors.
16. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
17. Assist in training new team members.
18. Meet or exceed productivity standards.
19. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
20. Manage conflicts professionally and ethically.
21. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
22. Support and assist vulnerable populations, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
