Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete selection for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble, process, and load orders during pickup, following all standards.
3. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
4. Meet/exceed expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
5. Follow all laws, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
6. Store products in optimal temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
7. Follow instructions in notes, respond professionally to customer calls, and ensure order accuracy.
8. Provide excellent customer service, encouraging repeat shopping.
9. Process orders through POS, handle substitutions, and maintain organization and cleanliness.
10. Report discrepancies and equipment issues, and assist in training new team members.
11. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
12. Manage conflicts calmly, act with integrity, follow directions, and support vulnerable customers.
13. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
