Job description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values such as respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

As an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk, responsibilities include selecting products for online orders, initiating and completing the selection process, and assembling orders. Process payments, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure orders are accurate and loaded into customers' vehicles. Maintain cleanliness and organization, follow safety and food handling standards, and provide a positive shopping experience. Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards. Must work well under pressure, manage conflicts professionally, and act with integrity.
