Job Description: In-Store Grocery Shopper & Online Grocery Pick-Up Team Member

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide positive customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders as an In-Store Grocery Shopper.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders for customers during pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Handle customer interactions professionally, respond to calls, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines, and maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies, equipment issues, and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members, meet productivity standards, and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally, act with integrity, and support diverse customer needs, including minors and individuals with special needs.
