Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, prioritizing freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Minimum Position Qualifications:

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking, or cashier roles.

Essential Job Functions:

• Select and gather products for online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, and cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety laws and company policies.
• Handle orders from the order selector, store items in appropriate temperature zones.
• Follow instructions carefully, ensuring order accuracy.
• Maintain professionalism in communication, including via portable phones.
• Ensure order accuracy, load orders into cars, and provide excellent customer service.
• Process transactions through the POS system.
• Follow policies for substitutions if items are out of stock.
• Keep staging areas and equipment organized and clean.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues promptly.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
