Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, paying attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Responsibly select and gather products for online orders, ensuring quality and freshness.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag orders following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
6. Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience.
7. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
8. Store and manage products properly, ensuring quality.
9. Follow instructions and note special requests.
10. Ensure order accuracy and load orders into vehicles.
11. Provide positive customer interactions to promote repeat business.
12. Process transactions through POS system.
13. Handle out-of-stock situations with substitutions as per policy.
14. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
15. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
16. Perform opening/closing procedures.
17. Assist in training new team members.
18. Maintain productivity standards.
19. Work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
20. Manage conflicts professionally.
21. Act with honesty and integrity with customer and business info.
22. Follow directions and seek help when needed.
23. Support interactions with minors, seniors, and individuals with special needs.
