Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to cars at store pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core company values: respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders, focusing on efficiency and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customer orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Ensure order accuracy and product quality.
• Engage with customers professionally via phone and in person.
• Operate POS systems and handle out-of-stock substitutions.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Meet productivity standards and work effectively in high-paced environments.

Preferred Experience

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehousing, stocking, or cashier roles.
