Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. • Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or stocking roles, or as a cashier

Essential Job Functions:

1. Select and gather products for online orders efficiently, maintaining quality and freshness.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
6. Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Adhere to laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
8. Handle orders from the Order Selector, storing items appropriately.
9. Follow notes and instructions carefully.
10. Ensure item quality and freshness.
11. Communicate professionally with customers via phone.
12. Verify order accuracy and load into cars.
13. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
14. Process orders through POS system.
15. Follow policies for substitutions when items are out of stock.
16. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
17. Report discrepancies or equipment issues.
18. Assist in training new team members.
19. Meet productivity standards.
20. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
21. Manage conflicts professionally.
22. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
23. Follow directions and seek help when needed.

Salary Range: $19.25 - $25.35 per hour.
