Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Select and gather products for online orders, maintaining quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.
• Ensure shopping ease, variety, cleanliness, and adhere to safety and food laws.
• Store products in correct temperature zones and ensure order accuracy.
• Use a POS system to process orders.
• Handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags and basic math skills.
• Good communication skills.

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse worker, stocker, or cashier.
