Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver or load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow safety, food handling, and legal guidelines.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality, respond professionally to customer calls.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts calmly and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
