Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate Kroger’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
7. Follow safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
8. Ensure order accuracy and proper storage of products.
9. Provide professional communication with customers.
10. Process transactions via POS system.
11. Assist in training new team members.
12. Meet productivity standards and work effectively in a high-paced environment.
13. Act with honesty and integrity, managing conflicts cooperatively.
14. Support customers, including minors and individuals with special needs.
