Job Description: In-Store Grocery Shopper and Online Grocery Pick-Up Associate

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up.
• Follow all bagging standards while scanning and bagging items.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items, storing products in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow notes and instructions carefully.
• Respond professionally and promptly to customer calls via portable phones.
• Ensure order accuracy and proper loading into customers' vehicles.
• Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisors.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
