Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars upon pickup.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicating any substitutions or issues to customers.
• Ensure quality, freshness, and proper storage of all items.
• Communicate with customers professionally via portable phone, responding promptly to calls.
• Ensure order accuracy and proper loading into customers' vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service to promote repeat business.
• Process orders through the POS system and follow policies on substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed to resolve issues.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
