Job Description for In-Store Grocery Shopper / Online Grocery Pick-Up Associate

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete product selection for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
• Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness, storing items in appropriate temperature zones.
• Load orders into customers' cars, ensuring a positive pickup experience.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening and closing procedures.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
