Job summary

2nd Swing is seeking an Online Fitting Manager to lead and develop the Online Fitting team, delivering best-in-class customer experiences with data-driven fitting practices. This in-office role is based in Eden Prairie, MN, with no remote work and weekend availability required.

The ideal candidate will have advanced golf equipment knowledge, strong communication, and a track record of coaching teams to meet performance goals across fitting quality, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of golf club fitting experience, including advanced or tour-level fitting.
• Leadership, supervisory, or team development experience.
• TrackMan certification or equivalent fitting certification.
• Strong knowledge of launch monitor data and fitting principles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Online Fitting team, setting clear expectations and supporting growth.
• Set team goals and track metrics for fitting volume, sales, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, personalized, and data-driven fitting recommendations based on swing and equipment needs.
• Maintain high standards for fitting quality and customer engagement across the online experience.
• Analyze feedback and performance data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and Distribution to optimize workflows.
