Job summary

Think Academy US is seeking 1-on-1 Math Tutors to deliver online math lessons for students in Grades 1–4, aligned with CCSS. You will teach in English, using interactive methods to engage learners and address questions in real time.

You will prepare content, provide feedback, and support curriculum development. Paid training is provided, with opportunities for promotion and salary reviews on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; teaching experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is preferred; US evenings/weekends availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one online math lessons for Grades 1–4, aligned with CCSS.
• Teach in English using student-centered methods and real-time guidance.
• Prepare tailored lesson content and provide timely feedback for student progress.
• Support curriculum development and project testing as part of the team.
