Job summary

Think Academy US is seeking 1-on-1 Math Tutors to deliver online math lessons for Grade 1–4 students, aligned with CCSS, across North America. Lessons are conducted remotely in the US time zones.

You will teach in English, prepare tailored content, and provide feedback to support understanding. Paid training is provided; part-time schedule (15-20 hours/week) with a starting pay of $20–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Math/Education majors preferred.
• Teaching experience or teaching certificate highly preferred.
• Available to work weekday evenings and weekends (US time zones).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin Chinese bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one online math lessons for Grades 1–4, aligned with CCSS.
• Teach in English using student-centered methods to promote engagement.
• Prepare lesson content based on individual student needs with clear structure.
• Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support understanding.
• Maintain warmth and adapt communication to engage young learners.
