Qualifications

• Terminal degree in Educational Leadership or related field.
• 5+ years in EC-12 or higher education leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Teach doctoral-level courses in a fully online Ed.D. program.
• Mentor and advise doctoral students, including supervision of empirical research.
• Review student progress including the qualifying examination.
• Maintain an active research agenda and scholarly productivity.
• Contribute to program development, assessment, and improvement.
• Engage in governance and program administration.
• Provide weekly in-person office hours in Canyon and/or Amarillo, TX.
