More about the role :
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering questions regarding TurboTax products and tax return software. Common inquiries include downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and simple tax questions. Continuous support will be provided.

- TurboBonus Boost: Enjoy an additional $5.00 per hour bonus from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available. To qualify, you must work at least 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th².
- Earn a $310 bonus for participating in certification as a TurboTax Product Expert³.
- Certification lasts 3 days.
- Build your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
- Minimum 30 hours per week required; more hours are welcome.
- You will be supported by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) during live calls and have an advocate in the Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS).
Required Experience & Skills
- No specific accounting background required. Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and assist customers are ideal.
- Strong communication skills are essential to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
- The ability to understand customer needs, drive innovation, and deliver excellent service is important.
