Job summary

The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is seeking a Scheduling & Banner Services Coordinator to support Colorado Online and 13 partner colleges. You will collaborate with Registrars, college schedulers, and faculty to troubleshoot enrollment issues and ensure Banner course data accuracy.

You will coordinate with the Director of Consortial Student Affairs and Enrollment Management to optimize online section distribution and ensure compliant practices across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in higher education or distance education with enrollment or student services.
• Experience with learning management and student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Banner course offerings across 13 partner colleges and support building new online courses.
• Manage enrollment and section distribution with college schedulers and Banner sections.
