Job summary

AO Globe Life has an exciting fully remote, independent-contractor role designed for graduates in business, marketing, or communications who thrive in a service-first environment. You’ll conduct client consultations via Zoom and guide enrollment while building long-term relationships with clients.

Training, licensing support, and ongoing mentorship are provided. Compensation is commission-based with inbound leads, a clear path toward leadership roles, and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools.
• Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• A service-minded, mission-driven attitude.
• Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently.
• Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role.
• Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates Selected to Move Forward Should Be Prepared To:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
