Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oregon.

• Document competency in teaching through experience, education, or CE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, evidence-based nursing instruction across theory, lab, and clinical courses.
• Maintain current course syllabi and ensure alignment with outcomes and accreditation.
• Utilize diverse teaching strategies for online, hybrid, and on-site delivery.
• Provide regular office hours to advise and mentor students.
• Collaborate with colleagues and community partners to advance the program.
