Outreach Uganda is seeking a dedicated volunteer or two to lead the planning for their first online auction event this fall. The role involves coordinating with both internal and external volunteers, soliciting donations, and managing all aspects of the auction.

Responsibilities

• Develop an overall plan and timetable for the auction.
• Solicit auction donations from various sources.
• Select appropriate auction software for the event.
• Prepare communication plans including newsletters and donor outreach.
• Coordinate auction logistics and oversee the event.
• Assign tasks to committee members and ensure they are completed.
• Update the board on the auction's progress and request support.
• Create an auction procedures manual for future reference.
