Job summary

Resourceful Talent Group''s client, a wholesale and e-commerce footwear and apparel company, is hiring an Online Admin to support daily operations, with a focus on Shopify management, order processing, and maintaining SAP Business One data.

Responsibilities include uploading and editing Shopify listings, cropping images to site standards, processing orders for shipping, and handling product and inventory data in SAP.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Shopify product uploads and edits.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One item setup and data entry.
• Strong Excel skills with structured data.
• Basic image editing in Photoshop/Canva.
• Experience with shipping platforms like ShippingEasy or ShipStation is a plus.
• Very detail-oriented and organized; able to follow clear processes.
• Based in Latin America and available to work full-time during US Eastern Time hours (9:30–5:30).

• Work with ShippingEasy or similar shipping platforms
• Enter and maintain product, order, and inventory data in SAP Business One
• Support basic administrative and customer service tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Shopify (product uploads, editing listings, SKUs, variants, images)
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (item setup, data entry, basic navigation)
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with structured data (imports, exports, templates)
• Basic image editing skills (cropping, resizing, formatting in Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools)
