Bryant & Stratton College is seeking a Part-Time Faculty member for Digital Marketing courses. The role involves facilitating online classes, preparing materials, and engaging with students. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field, possess relevant teaching experience, and have certification in online marketing.

Bryant & Stratton College is seeking a Part-Time instructor to teach Digital Marketing courses.
Master’s degree in Marketing (including Marketing Management, Internet Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Media Studies, Public Relations, or Communication with an emphasis in Marketing), or Master’s in Public Relations or Media Studies, or MBA with 18 Master’s-level credit hours in Marketing, or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. The Online Marketing Certified Associate or Professional (OMCA or OMCP) certification is required. At least 2 years of online teaching experience in higher education is preferred. Use of technology for feedback & student engagement (video/audio recording, inline comments, Microsoft Teams, etc.) is also preferred.

Reports To: Program Manager/Faculty Administrator
Location: Remote (Orchard Park, NY)
Instructors will facilitate an active virtual classroom, prepare course materials in Blackboard, provide 12-14 hours of instruction per week over five days, engage students through discussions, grade assignments, and respond to inquiries within 48 hours. They will also participate in departmental and college activities, maintain knowledge of teaching best practices, and adhere to college policies.
Position involves sitting or standing, lifting objects up to 10 pounds, and using computer equipment. Good hearing and communication skills are required.
