Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of online teaching experience.
• Familiarity with adult learning theory.
• Experience with Canvas is preferred.
• Ability to design courses with an instructional designer support.

Responsibilities

• Add outcomes, materials, discussion and assignments aligned to the course description.
• Adhere to the VTSU Online Standards for presence, engagement, assessment and accessibility.
• Publish and manage the course using the Canvas template at least one week before the start.
