Job summary

The Mission Essential Group, LLC is seeking an Office of Naval Intelligence Program Manager for a hybrid role at NMIC, Suitland, MD. You will oversee program operations, staffing, and deliverables to meet ONI requirements and customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of management experience in intelligence or national security, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years military/civilian experience managing personnel (10+) and programs (intelligence or national security preferred).
• U.S. citizen with a valid passport.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced skills in administration, operations, project coordination, documentation, and reporting.
• Thorough understanding of Navy ONI policies and related missions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Site Leads and employees and related operations.
• Own TOs/DOs execution, and day-to-day activities.
• Coordinate with program managers, vendors, and federal clients.
• Track schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
• Maintain project plans, reports, and audit materials.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and agency rules.
