Job summary

Mission Essential's Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) Program Manager in Suitland, Maryland, leads day-to-day program operations for ONI contracts, oversees staffing, compliance, deliverables, reporting, and customer engagement, and supervises Program Site Leads and personnel while coordinating with government customers and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience managing personnel and programs (intelligence or national security preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Site Leads and staff across ONI contract activities.
• Oversee day-to-day program execution, scheduling, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and ME internal teams.
